Heating efficiently and sustainably

Infrared heating systems convert almost 100% of the energy into pleasant warmth – emission-free, maintenance-free, and highly efficient. Our natural stone stores the heat during the heating process and continues to release it for a long time even after the system is switched off. This allows you to enjoy a healthy indoor climate, save energy, and heat sustainably in a natural way.

How do I install my Marwona infrared heater?

Assembly is uncomplicated. Each panel comes with a wall mount, instructions and safety spacers. You need to drill 4 8mm holes in the wall. Alternatively, our models can also be mounted on the ceiling with feet or, in the future, using a special ceiling bracket.

How do I calculate the required heating output?

Since every room and every building has different heat requirements, this question cannot be answered in general terms. Use our Online heat requirement calculator in the shop or contact our customer service. The following applies as a guideline:

  • Neubau, gute Dämmung: ca. 50–60 W/m²
  • Bestand: ca. 70–100 W/m²
How hot does a Marwona infrared heater get?

Depending on the model, as with most manufacturers, the surface reaches approx. 85-100°C. This corresponds to the heat of a tiled stove. There is no risk of burns or fire during normal use - please still maintain minimum distances.

What influence do objects in front of the infrared heating have on the heat emission?

Objects in front of the infrared heater influence the heat emission, because infrared heaters give off their heat in the form of radiation - similar to sun rays. If larger objects (e.g. a sofa or cupboard) are placed directly in front of the heater, they block the radiation, which affects the distribution of heat in the room and reduces the efficiency of the heater.

Our tip: Make sure to keep the area in front of the infrared heater as clear as possible so that the heat can spread unhindered throughout the room.

Are Marwona infrared heaters suitable for bathrooms?

Yes - many models are splash-proof (protection class IP34) and ideal for bathrooms and toilets. The combination with a towel holder is particularly popular. We will offer this here in the shop shortly - also for retrofitting.

Our tip: Sign up for the newsletter to be automatically informed about the availability of the towel rail.

How many square meters of living space can I heat with a Marwona heater?

An 800-watt heater can heat up to 25 square meters. An area of 25m² is only achievable under optimal conditions (z.B(Low-energy house) realistically. Otherwise, the actual area for your building depends on various factors, such as the thermal insulation of the room, the number of exterior walls, and the size and number of windows – in short, on the heat demand in watts per square meter. Our recommendation: Use our non-binding heat calculator and/or contact our customer service so that we can advise you in more detail about which design is best for your requirements. However, it should be briefly mentioned that only a certified energy consultant is allowed to make a binding statement here.

How long is the connection cable of the Marwona heater?

The length of the connection cable is 1.4m. This is due to the high temperature stability of the cable required by TÜV. Since the Marwona heater, even in the classic 800 watt series, requires a maximum of 3.5A power output, there is nothing to stop you from using an extension cable.

Is there a showroom or exhibition?

We have a factory outlet at Steinweg 4 in Straubing. We exhibit all of our models here and also have a few “exotics” that we don’t offer in the shop. Here you can choose your favorite model and take it with you. In addition, the prices are always below the current online price of the respective model.
